This is about Landing Pages.

We're making some big improvements to how we create landing pages, including integrating designers directly into the process which will increase speed of creation, and quality of design.

In the past, our Copywriters were sufficiently trained and experienced enough to custom design landing pages; however, due to our increasing growth, we are not as effective at quality controlling new copywriters as we used to be.

So instead of throwing money and time at the issue, we decided to just give our designers a bigger plate of work to feast from.

This is also great from a business standpoint because now we've widened the biggest bottleneck we have, ad creation, by unloading tasks to a different department with even more capacity.
